To be accepted into a Hillstone Recovery House, you must have a minimum of 30 days alcohol and drug free, you must complete the application provided after you submit the information requested below, AND be interviewed by the residents of the house.
The residents will then vote on your acceptance.
After submitting your name, email, and phone number, you will be contacted within 24hours with instructions on how to complete your application.
